Curious how The Karaoke Camper rolls up and turns your event into a full-blown karaoke bash?
Here’s how we make the magic happen:

Inquire & Customize
Start by filling out our Booking Inquiry form, and we’ll get back to you within 1-2 days. We’ll review your event details, check the location (including parking access), and send personalized pricing and our contract for your approval. If everything sounds good, you’ll send a deposit to secure the date and time—and your countdown to karaoke night begins.

We Deliver the Fun
We’ll arrive at least 60 minutes before your event to park and set up. That includes leveling the camper, dialing in the lights and sound, and walking you through the equipment so you’re ready to rock. If we’re parking on a public street, you’ll need to secure the proper permit and block off the space in advance—we’ll help guide you through what’s needed.

Sing Your Heart Out
Step inside and grab a mic—then queue up your favorite songs from our 57,000+ track library using the provided iPad or your own phone via QR code. We’ve got four wireless mics, disco lights, and the kind of vibe that turns your average Tuesday into a night to remember. Keep cool with complimentary bottled water, and bring your own drinks for the mini fridge.

How many people can fit inside?
10 adults fit comfortably, with 4 wireless mics to pass around.
How much space do you need to park?
We need a 25′ x 12′ space on a flat surface with at least 10′ of height clearance. That can be a driveway or reserved street spaces. Street parking may require a permit ahead of time, and you’ll need to block off a space of 4 car lengths ahead of time to get in and out.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within 5 miles of Evanston—Rogers Park, West Ridge, Wilmette, Skokie, Lincolnwood, Niles, Winnetka, and Kenilworth. Chicago is trickier for access and parking, but possible in some areas. Outside that? Let’s chat.
Do you run year-round?
Not quite. We operate May through November, then take a winter break December–April before reopening for the season. But check out Anthem Karaoke (opening end of 2026) for year-round karaoke!
Is it kid-friendly?
Definitely! The camper is a hit with kids. We recommend it for ages 10 and up, but kids of all ages can participate. Children will need an adult inside the camper with them.
Do I need to provide anything?
Nothing is needed. We power everything with our own battery system, including heating and cooling.
What if I can’t sing?
Even better. This is about having fun, not hitting every note. Laughing, cheering, and singing badly are strongly encouraged.
Is there a bathroom inside?
Nope. We used the space for more important things. Like singing. And dancing.
What kinds of events are you perfect for?
Birthdays, weddings, block parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, graduation parties, bachelorette parties, backyard hangs, corporate parties, or just a random Friday where you feel like unleashing your inner Beyoncé. Let’s discuss your specific needs!
Will the neighbors hear us?
The camper’s soundproofed pretty well, and we can adjust volume levels to your vibe. That said, if you’re hosting near close neighbors, we recommend choosing a time that aligns with local noise ordinances.
What happens if the weather isn’t ideal?
The camper is fully enclosed and climate-controlled, so the party goes on rain or shine! That said, if severe weather makes it unsafe to deliver or operate the camper—think thunderstorms, high winds, or hazardous roads—we’ll work with you to reschedule based on our weather policy. How far in advance should I book?
A month ahead gives you the best shot at your date. That said, we can sometimes fit in a same-week booking if we’re available, so ask even if you’re cutting it close.
